 SHOWTIME'S DREAM GIRL  aka  TRACY
(Am Ch Genuwin Quantum Leap x Am Ch Ocoee California Girl)
Tracy was shown as a puppy at many East Coast Specialties by the time she was 12 months old.  Tracy managed to get several placements always behind her beautiful sister Laura and her house sister "Phoebe".   Tracy is a full sister to Am Ch Showtime's Rolling Stone & Am Ch Showtime's California Dreamin.  After I moved to Texas, I went sparingly to shows.  But Tracy decided she would work on multiple titles as "Lounge Mistress".  Tracy had the best temperament for an American bitch.   She didn't have one aggressive bone in her body, even though it seems her DNA kin carried it.   I swear by this girl's temperament and I miss my butterbean terribly.  Tracy bred herself to Showtime's Genuwin Rockstar.  Sadly, from this litter, produced Tilly who was blind by 4 yrs from PRA and Tilly's owner put her to sleep in November 2003.   Tracy & Eddie's 2nd daughter that I kept, Nuttrbutttr, developed pyometra & spayed & placed.  May 2003,  I bred Tracy to Swedish Import Whisborne Heartbreaker, Hans.  Tracy had 2 lovely daughters, Minee & Hermie that I kept.  But due to the PRA scare, I regrettably had them spayed and now in happy family homes.  (But of course there was an oops that happened October 2003).  With new PRA DNA testing these 2 girls would have only been PRA DNA Carriers.  Thanks to Hans being PRA DNA CLEAR NORMAL, Tracy is now left in my lines through her son Jabba & great- granddaughter, Phoenix and great - great grandkids Callisto & Gerard.  So part of Tracy remains with Daystar!

       Showtime's Genuwin Rockstar aka EDDIE
(Am Ch Showtime's Rolling Stone x
Am Ch Genuwin Million Dollar Baby)
                                                           Sadly died from GDV
Eddie had several AKC points with several BOB Wins over Specials.
There's not a day that goes by that I don't miss Eddie.   Fondly, I
remember Eddie &  my son Matthew playing together in the backyard
looking for Garfield.   Eddie, like Mikey & Bro, had an impeccable
Springer temperament.

  CEDARWOOD'S ENCHANTMENT
(Am Ch Eldamar's High Flyer x Am Ch Cedarwood's Allure)
I showed Phoebe at many East Coast Specialties before she was 12 months old.  I am proud to say Phoebe made several class placements.  After I moved back to Texas, I went out sparingly to shows.  At a few shows, Phoebe placed 4th in open bitch class at the Dallas Fort Worth Specialty when we first moved to Texas.    She also had several RWB wins. Phoebe was retired from the show ring and never bred.

(Am Ch Kalero's I'm yer Buddy x Briarwood Cassie Lou's Casey)
Lacey was my first ESS bitch.  Lacey had several AKC points owner handled, but even though I paid good money with a handler, she was never finished.  Lacey was bred to Am Ch Telltale Scruples & Am Ch Telltale Iron Mike Legacy.

BRIARWOOD'S DOWNTOWN BROWN  aka BRO
(Am Can Ch Neogahbow's Tyrol Trump Card, CDX  x
                                         Am Ch Kalero's Peppermint Patti)
Bro was my very first ESS.  Bro stole my heart and

he's reason I've owned & bred ESS since 1987.

Bro set the standard, for me,

as far as Springer temperament!

Showtime's Genuwin Heiress  aka 'Toddie'

(Am Ch Showtime's Home Improvement x Am Ch Genuwin Million Dollar Baby)

I was fortunate to co-own this lovely bitch with my friend Karen Nicholas.

I raised Toddie in NC and when Karen moved to California, Toddie went

with her.  Toddie won 1st place 12 - 18 month bitch both the ESSFTA National &

Eastern English Springer Spaniel Specialty.  (pictured)

I am eternally grateful to Celie Florence for my Mikey.

Mikey finished with four 3 pt majors in tough east coast competition.

Mikey, just like my very first Springer Bro, he exemplified true
Springer temperament.  Mikey is forever burned in my heart.
